RETURNS
We’ve kept our return process simple and transparent:
- Returns are accepted within 9 days from the date of delivery.
- For any return, Shipping charges would be bared by customer which will be communicated to customer (by our representative) according to product and geo (Return shipping charges may vary between INR 199-399)
- To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging
- With all tags intact

- All returned products are unboxed on video at our facility. This footage acts as a record in case an incorrect or damaged item is received — and is shared with the customer when needed.
- Every product is thoroughly inspected before dispatch, so chances of damage are extremely rare. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately via:

- One time exchange is Free. For 2nd time and onwards exchange, Shipping charges would be bared by customer.
- For 2nd time & onwards exchange Shipping charges would be bared by customer which will be communicated to customer (by our representative) according to product and geo (shipping charges may vary between INR 199-399)
- If the new product is priced lower, the balance will be refunded as a Gabardine gift voucher.
