Shipping, Return and Exchange

SHIPPING

  • We offer FREE shipping on all orders.

    • Orders are dispatched within 2–7 business days from the date of purchase.
    • Delivery time varies by location and typically takes 10–15 days from the dispatch date.
    • As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you via email/SMS so you can follow your package every step of the way.

RETURNS

We’ve kept our return process simple and transparent:

  • Returns are accepted within 9 days from the date of delivery.
  • A handling fee of ₹99 applies to all return orders. (Want to avoid this? Opt for an exchange instead — it’s free!)
  • To be eligible, the product must be:
    • Unused and unworn
    • In its original packaging
    • With all tags intact

Please Note:

  • All returned products are unboxed on video at our facility. This footage acts as a record in case an incorrect or damaged item is received — and is shared with the customer when needed.
  • Every product is thoroughly inspected before dispatch, so chances of damage are extremely rare. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately via:
    • Phone
    • Email
    • Or the WhatsApp widget on our website
      (Ensure you reach out within 48 hours of delivery.)
  • If a wrong product is returned to us, we will return the exact item received, as per the recorded footage.
    Claims must be raised within 7 days of return pickup; beyond this, we may not be able to assist.

EXCHANGE

  • Exchanges are completely free — no service fees involved.
  • If the new product is priced lower, the balance will be refunded as a Gabardine gift voucher.
  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
